hi, whilst i am searching through certain sections, i find i have to keep going back to the first pages to move forward, i.e i look through pages 1, 2 and 3 on the cake section but how do you get to page 10, it seems you can only use the first or last pages easily, but not the ones inbetween. i am sure there must be an easier way but i cant figure it out! please help!!!

Simply click on (3) and then on the last number in sequence (5) then 7, 9 and when you are on page 9 you can click on 10.

You have to make a few extra clicks but the transition is fairly quick.

Thanks for posting that enquiry, Nicky.  I have often wondered much the same thing as well and had developed the solution Andie suggests, but I do wonder if there is a quicker or different way.

Go Ito your profile at the top,then you can change how you see it,on the left. You can see the latest post first.

If you go to the index page where all the topics are listed, you will see the first and last pages against the topic heading.  You can click on the last page from there....

As that last sentence makes about as much sense as me trying to speak in a foreign language, this might help:

     SYDNEY (HILLS DISTRICT) GET TOGETHER New « 1 2 ... 6 7 »


As you can see, there are 7 pages against this topic.   If you want to go to the last page, just click on the 7

I haven't come across an easy way either.  I just do what Andie does and continue to click on the last number in the sequence until the page I want comes up.

The only way you can do it is to bookmark that particular page in your browser and put it in the extended toolbar (Firefox and Safari) or in your favorites list (Opera).  I haven't used other browsers for years so don't remember how they work.

I have a couple of pages bookmarked in my extended toolbar, example: Page 15 in Cakes  because there are a couple of recipes to which I refer from time to time.
