I have, but I haven't done anything out of it yet; in fact, I haven't even looked at it properly. :-[

Good to know you have - it might get me going.

I also have this book but so far have only had the chance to make the Vegetable Stew - the gravy is fabulous, I would do a different combination of vegetables for our taste, though - but of course, that's just a personal thing, we are all different.

I am very much looking forward to working my way through the book.

The cashew mayonnaise looks good, perhaps that will be my next venture.  Will keep you posted.

The book is called Rainbow Recipes by Aileen Sforcina.  It is not a TMX company book but Aileen is a TMX Consultant or demonstrator (I think) and it is a book she has published herself.  It is well presented and aimed at vegans / vegetarians and those interested in raw food / natural food diets, etc.  It was just released earlier this year.

You can contact Aileen for copies at aileen4health@bigpond.com If you are interested in foods with "no additives, cholesterol, colouring agents or preservatives" this may be one for your collection.

All the recipes have TM directions as well as non-TM directions.
The cashew mayonnaise is just lemon juice, water, garlic and cashews, salt... and it is unbelievable!

I've just decided to get this book as I have a vegetarian daughter in Melbourne (no TMX) so once I've picked out the recipes I would like to do for myself, she can have the book  ;D ;D

Hey Lee - I gave the ingredients in an earlier post - Juice 1 lemon, cup water, cup cahews (I used a few more as I wanted it a bit thicker) 1 clove garlic (optional) salt to taset - just blitz them all for a minute... voila!

If you are thinking of ordering this/these Rainbow books (recipes & menus) better get in touch with Aileen pretty quickly, she is getting low with the recipe books and the new print isn't ready yet.  I've ordered mine, just have to get to the bank today to deposit the money into her account and they will be on their way.
