;D Cream puff, you make me laugh. Thankyou.

I have just ordered this book, about 2 weeks ago, when i had my varoma demo.  Thanks Jo.

Maybe we should bombard H.O. with our thoughts on this matter, there seems to be plenty of us out here who want the book.
As a TMX owner, we should have access to every single book that comes on the market.

 :) Judy yes i agree.

When i bought a varoma for my Mum 3 weeks ago from HO, they did not offer me this book. My Mum has a TM21.

I told them what i had, and asked about others.

They offered me spare parts for my machine,  Because of the flat rate of postage.
I think we should be able to buy the small thermosever as well.

I agree, I can't see why they have to hold them back as incentives to buy a machine or have a demo. If most people are genuinely interested in buying a machine, a half price book or a free thermoserver is not going to sway them into a decision. As JD says, if you already own a machine you should be able to purchase the book. Perhaps one of the consultants can give us their side of the story?
