Hi from UK
« on: June 20, 2011, 04:16:28 pm »
Hello, just getting my head around using the Thermomix and have been experimenting and reading all of your posts the last couple of weeks. Keen to start contributing recipes ... one day. For now, I just have lots of questions! I live in UK, but used to live in Australia so have the EDC as well as the UK recipe book.

Hi Bickie and welcome.... it's great we are getting so many people from the UK on here now.  In the early days we were very few and far between  :D   Whereabouts do you live?

Fire away with your questions - this is a great place to get help and everyone is really friendly.

Hi and welcome Bickie. What sort of thing do you like to make in your TMX?

Trying all sorts of things. Mostly successfully  :) one thing I wondered is whether anyone had advice on keeping the lid on when making jam - and is that a question I should be asking under jams or general questions? Thanks for the warm welcome.

Best to ask it under Jams bickie but here's a link that might be helpful to read.
