found some lcoal sites for europe ...actually you search tessa hayward and several sties come up

this one is all second hand but good to excellent condition for those interested..most 4 to 5 euros postage included!

and it is also on the different amazon sites...searching the author also gave her other books...a steam one and a salmon cookbook...not sure what they are like though
