DD is very into miso soups and things. I'll check with her. Unfortunately it won't be until tomorrow night.

You read my mind ahoney. I had some yesterday and was thinking that it couldn't be too hard to make. Looking forward to seeing what the forum members come up with.

I checked with DD and she said that as she is time poor she cheats and buys the Miso paste. Sorry we can't help more.

Ahoney, here is a link to making miso soup from scratch if you are really keen to give it a go yourself.  There is a video to watch as well.

Just found a recipe for Miso soup in the Gluten Free cookbook (page 22) ahoney - do you have that book?

I'll have to leave it round for DD. I haven't looked at that book for a while. Thanks Judy.

This must be one of the few cookbooks I don't have. Can anyone PM it to me. Thanks.

No I don't have the gluten free book thinking of getting it but wanted to know if most of the recipes use soy (unfermented) and dairy as my boys cant have them either and have found this is the case with lots of gluten free recipes :( would love the recipe :)
