I'd probably try with a smaller quantity just in case it didn't work but if it didn't turn out, you could easily put it in some muffins or on ice cream etc so all would not be lost. Just my thoughts. Be interesting how everyone goes with this.

If you go to the muttering house wife's blog, she has put the strawberry dust in meringues .http://mutteringhousewife.com/ They look pretty good to me, but I haven't got around to making them yet.
