Name of Recipe: Asparagus and Tomato Sauce
Number of People: 6
Ingredients:For 500g pasta (6 servings)500g asparagus (washed, woody parts of stems removed, cut into pieces)
45g extra virgin olive oil
400g canned diced tomatoes
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Grated parmesan
Preparation: Insert "butterfly". Put oil and asparagus in TM Bowl. Cook for 2 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Speed 1
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Speed 1. (You may cook a bit less or more depending on the quality of asparagus)
Mix your sauce with boiled-drained pasta
Serve into plates. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and grated parmesan
