Hi ReneD 78, welcome to the forum. You certainly have your hands full there but the thermie will be a great help in the kitchen.
What have you done so far? Just sing out if you need any advice or links to anything.

welcome reneeD78, and I thought that 5 children was not very common nowadays. We also have dede and faffa here that have that golden number...I wonder if there is anyone else here who maybe have more? You will find your TM a huge help in the kitchen. Why not pop over and
enter in the poll
so we can keep track of where our members are from.
We have lots of delicious recipes here that our members have kindly posted - and here is my current
list of favourites
- we also look forward to hearing from you if you have any queries, comments or converted recipes of your own to offer.

Welcome to the Forum Rene. Hope you have luck being self sufficient.. We are far from this but try to eat something from the garden every day. When you have a glut, you will find the TMX handy in processing your produce.

Welcome Renee! We only have 2 boys
but are also trying to be as self-sufficient as possible. At the end of winter our garden doesn't produce quite as much as I would like, but we can always rely on what has been stored/ frozen, bottled in summer. You'll love your TMX to use your home-grown food!

Thanks guys, We have been trying heaps of different recipes, the favorite by far is the apple rhubarb with the crumble!!!
Even my husband ate it (he isn't a fan of rhubarb).
Just a question how good is the ice-cream and does it make 1 litre?
Look forward to more experiments
