Well Ed, what can I say. We all knew that you'd be sold once you went to the demo. A great many of the forum members DH's have been to demos and as you now know, the machine sells itself. Prepare yourself for a taste sensation. TMX recipes have lots more flavour, taste and natural ingredients than most are used too.
