JD why not just make your own?? its in the indian book pg 23...if you dont have htat book and want the recipe just ask  ;D... very easy

I have the book girls and it looks really easy to make - have you had success with this?
There is a recipe here and discussions which make me wonder if it is worthwhile though.

hadnt made it as yet JD so cant comment but had planned on making it as I had heard it doesnt burn as well as being lactose free or low??? thought I would use it as an option for sauteeing and also to use in the indian recipes...im sure there are members who would have made it already
