What do you buy in bulk? And where do you buy it?

There has been a couple of post going at the moment re bulk buying. So I thought I would start a new post about bulk buying and where people source them from. I find bulk buying to be a big money saver when you have a family to care for.
We get beef, lamb and pork in bulk but my DH does the slaughter and cutting up of these.
I also buy my flours in bulk directly from the flour mill.
Washing powder , sugar, butter, cheese, cream, coffee and tea ( and other stuff) is always brought in bulk from a wholesaler in Launceston that sells to the public.
What do you buy in bulk? And where do you buy it from?

I buy 20kg bags of wheat from the Organic Grocer in Sydney. They only do deliveries, not postage. But only $4.40 delivery fee for orders over $40.

for me its flour from the local mill in either 20 or 40kg bags..last time i got two types of flours
beef...usually around 12kgs
smoked salmon around christmas (cant remember how much but around a couple of kilos) doesnt sound much but as its mostly sold in 100 - 250g lots and is expensive it was alot
organic vanilla beans online in bulk
i am trying to source over here and locally another beef supplier in bulk, preferably organic, same with flour as its not organic at the local mill, chickens and possibly lamb...and grains and nuts like almonds, cashews etc but for the moment no luck...what i have found in larger packets is the same price as the little ones !!

Love buying in bulk because I actually use it. I also find I'm cooking with more nuts and grains. Common nuts I now buy in 3kg lots, less used in 1kg lots, grains in 12.5kg lots.

I buy organic bakers flour in 25kg bags ($50 or so), brown organic basmati rice in 5 or 10kg bags, rye flour in 5 or 10kg bags, fresh yeast in 500g lots, rolled oats in 5 kg bags, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil in 4 ltr cans, 1kg tub honey, cartons of tomatoes, apples, mangoes or other organic fruits and vegetables - all from our local organic supplier and usually at wholesale prices.
Fresh mainly organic cream in 2 ltr bottles ($10) from the farmers markets.
Eco friendly washing powder in 10kg tubs from Oz Only online.
Vinegar for cleaning in 5 ltrs and dijon mustard in 2ltr bottles from a specialty store.
Plus I just ordered a couple of 100 packs of nori sheets from a local Asian grocer as my children live on the stuff!
