Mince PinwheelsINGREDIENTS
500g sausage mince
2 tsp mango chutney
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 green apple
1 onion
2 sheets of puff pastry thawed
1 egg for glazing
METHOD
*Pre-heat oven to 200C
*Peel and core apple place in
and grate sp 6 for 5 seconds - set aside
*Add onion to
and chop finely, sp 7 for 5 seconds, scrape down bowl and repeat.
*Add mince, grated apple, curry powder and chutney to
combine, sp 6 for 30 seconds
*Cut pastry sheets in half and spread with mince mixture
*Roll up like a swiss roll, brush with egg and cut into slices
*Place slices on oven tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden
Makes about 40
These freeze really well uncooked
