Hi Gini, welcome to another South Australian. Hope you get yours tomorrow so that you can play with it over the weekend.
Here's a
link
with some suggestions from members.
This
list of tried and true recipes from CP is worth browsing too.

Hi Gini and welcome
I agree!! I think the wait for your TMX equates to the longest wait in your life. Once you decide that you want one you just want it instantly!
Use this time to get organised for it. Decide what you want to make and have everything ready

I Gini. The waiting is definitely the hardest part. I actuall y ended up counting the sleeps. I was very excited. That is nearly 3 years ago.

thx 4 the welcome! got my tmx fri night, but unfortunately was busy all day sat (except 4 a quick carrot and orange drink...). but today i made a five seed bread, mulberry jam (or much rather sauce...
), and chocolate mousse... might make some garlic butter a bit later on... so happy its finally here and can't wait to get 100% organised so I'm not always missing 1 ingredient... happy cooking everybody!!
