Hi! I'm Beverlily and would like to introduce myself......

  :o Hello! I have recently purchased the amazing Thermomix and am enjoying getting to know how to use it.

I need to eat gluten and lactose free so it can be quite challenging at times. I love using organic produce whenever possible and making food from scratch. There is only my husband and me at home now, but I have two growing grandchildren who visit regularly. My 4 year old granddaughter loves cooking and we have already begun getting used to the new time-saving methods with the Thermomix by making the chocolate cake (GF SR Flour substitued) and it was yummy!!

I've made a number of recipes and the gluten free bread and they have all been delicious! I'm really looking forward to making the most of this incredible machine!!  ;D

Welcome Beverlily, sounds like you are doing well so far.  Even if you are GF, you can probably cook 'normal' food for the children which will widen the choices a bit.  Have fun.
