Had a quick look for you on one of my favorite sites and it seems pomegranates are used in salads or stirred through cooked rice or couscous.Did find this but it needs the juice of 8 pomegranates  :o

Jamie Oliver made a salad and a dressing with them on his 30min meals show recentlyto get the out you cut it in half and then bash the top of it with a wooden spoon and that makes them fall out and for the dressing he squeezed the juice out of the halves and ad.ded oil salt pepper etc

Hi Karen.  At a recent cooking class, we tarted up te beetroot salad with pomegranate molasses.  I wonder how fresh pomegranate would go in there instead?

Hi Karen, We have a Pomegranate tree in our garden and I have used the juice to make a sauce (reduction) with roast pork!! Haven't done it in a thermomoix yet as I am new to the machine. But it is also nice in ice-cream or eaten fresh.
To loosen up the capsils roll it on your bench whole, cut in half place cut side down and whack the outside of it with a wodden spoon to get as many of them out!! :)

Hi Karen, I love pomegranate on banana custard with crumble topping - so good!!
Here's my recipe, with photo below:

I also think it would be lovely in that beetroot salad with fetta, as well as the pomegranate molasses - wanted to try it but can't find any more pomegranates :( Wish I had some in MY vege box!!!! Enjoy!

I just made the standard custard with 20g of pomegranate molasses as the flavouring - yum!
