Hi everyone I received my thermo tonight and cant wait to start cooking on the weekend. I love searching around this site for great ideas.

Hi vadercat, welcome to the forum. Searching this forum will take you a while but you will learn so much from it. Sounds like you are going to ease yourself into cooking with the TMX - don't you want to do something tonight

I have made risotto and sorbet already sorry I should have said, but on the weekend I will have more time to explore. I will be making a chicken dish tomorrow night but on the weekend my mum is coming to stay so I will cook up a storm.
