I am a newbie, I just had my Thermie delivered on Thursday
Like so many of you on here, I have been going crazy cooking everything I have ingredients for
Anyway, I made the ginger beer in the edc book and now I have a heap of left over ginger and lemon pulp mixed with a bit of sugar.
The questions is, I really don't want to waste the ginger so, is there a recipe anyone may have developed to use up the pulp with lemon in it?
I was thinking ginger bread, or maybe a ginger cake??
