Cooked rice in coconut milk, and made a sauce from the juice with lemongrass, ginger, stock and cashews (based on QC's coconut chicken) Yummo! DS 6 ate it ALL, even after telling me all afternoon that he didn't like fish. DH turned his nose up and had a sandwich...oh well, his loss
Some chilli in the sauce would have been nice, but DS wouldn't eat it then. Can't please evryone
