It’s our 30th wedding anniversary the day i get back, i have asked him to make a nice dinner, with no help from the kids, and no BBQ or PIZZA  ;D 
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

have a lovely trip uni and safe travels...ad enjoy your reunion xith DH and his im sure lovely dinner when you get back...I hope he can cook as my DH it would be either chicken schnitzel and chips or steak or some very weird concoction of pasta when he decides to get creative and shouldnt lol...oh and im sure JD will remember your anniversary so ill wish you good wishes then  :-* :-*
