YAY - Finally .....
« on: November 14, 2011, 10:40:17 pm »
Well tonight is the big night - I am finally having my demonstration and taking delivery of my very own Thermomix!!!!!!!!!

I think I am beyond excited, can't wait to start using it and making all these amazing recipes I have read about over the last two years.

Thanks everyone for your support and encouragement over this loooooooong research period.

Wonderful news, Shan  I'm sure you'll have a great demonstration and will get such enjoyment out of having your own TMX after all this time.

Santa is fine, Wuzzels, Gummi Bears, Winnie The Pooh (and friends) are fine but Care Bears, Teddy Ruxbin, Barney and a few others *shiver*

Poor Care Bears. I loved Teddy Ruxpin too. :'( :'(

Thanks everyone - I do love the care bears!!

Well Tarasis I'm sure it's an oldy but a goody - bread rolls, risotto & sorbet.

Well Tarasis I'm sure it's an oldy but a goody - bread rolls, risotto & sorbet.

Maybe :) I've made rolls before, my wife has done sorbet but neither of us have ever tried Risotto and indeed I've never had risotto in my life.

Best wishes for your first cook up :)

So pleased for you.  I know you will enjoy.
I am new to TMX - have made bread rolls - not sorbet yet.  My husband who has never cooked (unless tea and toast counts) actually made Chelseas Creamy Garlic Prawn Risotto - sorry chelsea have not worked out how to add the link.
Last night I made Stroganoff from Every Day Cookbook - it was so easy that I am going to convince him to give it a go next time.

Have fun.
