Raspberry and Banana ice-cream:
Serves 4:
Ingredients

2 frozen peeled and quartered bananas
1 MC full of frozen raspberries

Place ingredients in bowl, process 30 secs speed 8, scrape down sides of bowl, insert butterfly 2 mins speed 4

This is a modification I came up with of Di Skelly-Heron's Instant banana ice-cream recipe in the Lunch Box and after School ideas. This variation is so easy, quick and is delicious and the kids loved it. It would also be great for children with egg allergies. I thought I should share it.

Yum - this looks great Julie!  We have a large number of raspberry canes growing along our back fence, and this year's crop is shaping up to be a bumper one - so this recipe will definitely be used!  Thanks for posting it.
