Coconut Spuds : Just 4 Ingredients that are in most pantries.
Number of People: About 25 pieces
Ingredients:
200g of Condensed Milk
100g Chocolate chips
3 cups dessicated Coconut
2 Tablespoon Drinking Chocolate Powder to coat.

Preparation:
Blitz the Condensed Milk and Choc Chips for 3->5 seconds to break the chips into smaller pieces and slightly colour the mix.
Add the coconut and mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.
Check the mix and if required, Scrape down the sides of the bowla nd mix for a short time longer.
Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a walnut using your hands
Place the Drinking Chocolate powder into a cake tin and add half of the balls at a time and shake well until evenly coated.
Repeat the last step with the remaining balls.
Chill slightly before serving.

These were one of the treats my mother would make for any kids parties or to take to school fetes.
I can't believe how quick and easy they were to make using my Thermo Thing.

Lovely photo too, I could almost lift them off the screen.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
