Christmas Fudge
« on: December 16, 2011, 11:17:39 pm »
This is my first ever recipe on here. I hope you like it.

Christmas Fudge

375g white chocolate, chopped
375g can sweetened condensed milk
30gms butter
1 cup (155g) pistachios
1/2 cup (90g) dried cranberries

Coat a 20cm square pan with cooking spray, or line with baking paper.
Place the chopped chocolate, condensed milk and butter into TMX bowl. Cook 100⁰C for 8 minutes Speed 3.
Place the cranberries and pistachios into a mixing bowl.
Pour the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl with the cranberries and pistachios. Mix well.
Pour into lined pan and let cool, then refrigerate until set.

This freezes well. It was all gone before I had a chance to take a photo. will make another batch this week and post a photo.

Congratulations on your first recipe DG.
