English Muffins
« on: March 25, 2009, 12:32:06 am »
Does anyone have a recipe for English Muffins? We all love them and I'm forever running out of the shop bought ones. Be heaps easier to add them to my baking routine if I can make them.

I know there is one somewhere because I recall that they had to be dusted with  polenta before putting in the oven
I cant for the life of me remember where I saw the recipe but it sounded easy
this is going to annoy me now until i can track the recipe down!
