This recipe was highly recommended to me when I first came across the book, and I can only add to the accolades.
It is perhaps a surprising inclusion in a book with an Asian theme, although it did originate in Vorwerk's Taiwanese cookbook.
This was a very easy, accessible recipe, with simple ingredients, resulting in a delicious cheesecake, which my family could not get enough of.
That doesn't mean that the recipe didn't produce enough for 6-8 adult servings - there was plenty - just that everyone came wandering back into the kitchen later to see if there was any left.
