I second (or third or fourth) the Easiyo method. I can't buy full fat plain yoghurt locally and it's all I like.
So always have Easiyo sachets at hand. You don't have to use the plastic container, it can be made in the Thermoserver just as easily. Basically, you just have to measure the amount of water you need to put in to the Easiyo container.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
