I did 1.5 times the recipe, and I wouldn't recommend doing that.  The volume fits in the TMX OK, but the machine has trouble mixing it all together at the turning to crumbs stage.

The batter is quite sloppy and I found it difficult to work with getting it into the muffin tins, in that the blueberries and choc chips kept sinking to the bottom, and I had to constantly stir the mixture to get even distribution of the "bits".

Having said that, the muffins are moist, soft, light and fluffy and absolutely delicious!

Taste:  5/5   Ease of making:  3-4/5

I have been browsing through my I Love Chocolate book over the past day or two but there are so many tempting recipes in there I just don't know where to start ... maybe I'll have a go at this one too, but I'll keep to the recipe quantities and see how it goes.

Thanks Karen.  Like Marina we are spoilt for choice.  Might start with this one.

These look yummy Karen. I love reading this book. It's a good coffee table book. Just need to jump in and try a recipe.

Then try these ones Kimmy!  I took some to work today and they were very popular, and DH says the kids loved the ones I left at home, and kept on asking for another one and another one  :-))

Made them and the children loved them. Some of my blueberries sunk to the bottom too. Easy recipe will make again.
