I'm looking for a multigrain bread recipe...
« on: January 12, 2012, 04:57:48 am »
I made the Five Seed loaf from the EDC and it was quite bland as well as quite 'porous' (if that makes sense) so it broke apart when cutting. I am looking for something a bit more soft and fluffy and dense which slices well so I can freeze it for sandwhiches. For those of you who live in Australia my favourite bread is Baker's Delight Countrygrain.

Thanking people in advance!

Zelda I use this recipe of Isi's and make it into 2 loaves. I have 2 tins with lids   to  make square loaves and this fits perfectly.

I find it much less crumbly than the 5 seed loaf.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
