Baker `s Jam
« on: August 22, 2011, 07:51:19 am »
I was reading somewhere on here the other day about someone looking for bakers jam, the kind that they use in cream buns and such. I also went looking for some at our local bakers and they told me that if you mix raspberry and plum jam together then you will have the same as what they use. So I have some of both in the pantry waiting to get mixed for my next foray into jam doughnuts and such. Hope this helps. Sandy

Sandy,  this is great mix,  I keep some in the fridge in a squeeze bottle.  handy to squeeze into donuts,  and along Eclairs under the cream.
