Just wanted to say such a big thanks to all the people on here who contribute. We have been cooking up a storm over the last week - all forum recipes since all my books are packed away still - and everything turns out perfect.

To the people that share the recipes to those that cook them and comment or make further suggestions - you make it very easy for people like me who are too chicken to not use a recipe! My partner hates using recipes and like to experiment so hopefully I can contribute some of his recipes over the coming months

Shan K, just wanted to say welcome.  How lovely that you expressed your appreciation.  I have had heaps of support here and although I'm not a confident cook, I gain confidence from reflecting on my cooking experiences and sharing my Thermomix journey on the forum.  I agree with you, the recipe-putter-uppers are amazing, generous, sharing people and so are the moderators of the forum, who give so much time to make this a pleasant community.  Enjoy!

Welcome shan k, glad you're enjoying your Thermomix. There's some fantastic recipes on here and it's also excellent to check whether published recipes work or not. I love everyone's 'tweaks'.

Welcome shan k....the recipes are never ending and like mj i love the tweaks of ome forum members and some recipes have nev er ending possibilities..lhave you seen cp63s list of favourites....thats a great reference to have
