Hi from Newcastle NSW
« on: January 17, 2012, 04:04:40 am »
Hi ,My name is Megan, Scott & I have had our Thermimix  for 2 weeks. We totally love it. my biggest struggle is finding time to play with it, between my husband using it & me running around after 2 babies & older kids. However today I've made bread & juice so it's not all bad.
I've set the challenge to myself to make something new each day. I'm really looking forward to making lots of whole food recipes, things without preservatives. Anyway looking forward to sharing 'Thermimix stuff' with you all. Megan

Hi Meagan, welcome to the forum. I'd be happy chasing after the kids if DH is prepared to do the cooking then swap roles so that you get a chance to use the TMX too.  Maybe a roster system is needed in your house. Love your challenge, let us know how you go with it.

Welcome Megan, what a great challenge although with the endless amount of recipes available on this forum you will have no problem finding a new recipe to try. I'm guessing when you say 2 babies you mean twins? Or are they both under 2 or 3? Either way you sound like you have your hands full. Although I wish I had a thermomix when my oldest kids were young. It would of been very useful.
