So simple to make and the recipe makes quite a lot. 

I ended up rolling into 3 logs, 2 of which are in the freezer to take out and slice when needed.  I must say it was really hard not to go and keep taking one because they were that good.  I usually only have one when I make biscuits but these kept calling me and I ended up having 3 over the afternoon.  Very rustic looking but I guess that's half of the appeal.  I recommend you try them.
