I have made the Moussaka from Travelling with Thermomix, Page 62
It's really delicious, very happy with it! I felt it was going to be a bit salty so I only used 1 teaspoon of salt in the beef mince and I didn't have ground cloves so I used ground nutmeg instead.
Also I found the mornay sauce a bit too runny so I had to add around 1 heaped tablespoon of extra flour.
