Who started forum thermomix?

I'm just curious as to who started forum thermomix?
It's a great idea and I have learnt so much from it. It's great to find recipe book tweaks and also get great advice from all you lovely forum members!! It's made my thermomix experience such a good one and I'm learning more everyday (I've only had my Thermomix for 6 months).
Oh and I also love the photos people post and how friendly you all are! Keep it up!!

It was started by Master Moderator in Portugal Tasty and our Thermomixer and Brazen (Karen) were the first to join from here as far as I can understand. Thermomixer always used to say us Aussies gatecrashed it. Him and Brazen became moderators in those early days. Thermomixer had started
this blog
in the very early days here in Australia but MM's forum just got bigger and bigger and that's where we are at today.
If anyone can add anything to this, please do so but that is my understanding of the situation.

I think you have it all covered Judy. Karen and Jeff used to basically post messages to each other initially. I was about number 89 or 90 to join I think. It is a wonderful add on to the TMX itself. I for one would not be as efficient with the machine if it wasn't for the forum.

Yes back in the beginning it was just Thermomixer and Brazen talking to themselves lol. I was too scared to say boo. I didn't know how to cook and had just got my TMX and was in a world of OVERLOAD. Thanks to this forum (think I am about number 45) it has helped change our lives (part of the reason why I love being here so much and helping others now!!) There have been many great contributors come and go, the best thing is even if they stop posting their valuable information is always here

Too true Kathryn - we have to be eternally grateful for those who got this going in the early days and can only hope they pop back now and then to see how things are now.

We still have the wonderful Kathryn and I'm sure there are others, I can't remember. Karen still comes on too.

Ahhh, as soon as I read your posting MM, I realised you were in Portugal not Spain - funny how things just come to you. Have changed that information in my posting about where this forum started.
