Is there any chance some one could pm me this recipe? I'm always on the look out for a god lemon tart. Do you think it could be used as the base for lemon meringue pie?

It is very easy Judy. I just go to tapatalk. Find the post I want and type in my reply. Then take the photo and it gives you prompts to load it, and hey presto.

I served it with a small dollop of cream on the top of the tart. I put a strawberry next to it and a small scoop of Tenina's black rice icecream. Everyone loved it.

I made this on Thursday night to take to work on Friday for morning tea. It was a very big hit! I thought it tasted amazing, and everyone else did too. There was a lot of interest from people in the thermomix, too which was good.

I made this for my MT after my DS & DDs christening.  It went down a treat.  I had some really good quality fruity olive oil in the pantry that needed using and this was perfect.  I don't think I would make it without it now - the texture of the curd was amazing.  :)

I dont have FFS but i regularly make the olive oil lemon tart on Teninas website (the post is called o'il unlock your masterchef).  It is the most delicious lemon tart and i always get rave reviews when i serve it.  I always serve it by itself, the flavour is amazing and you don't want to mess with it.

In the shops here, they usually sprinkle the surface with icing sugar but I would urge you not to do this even when the tart is very cold unless you are going to serve it straight away as the icing sugar melts on this tart surface and so leaves tiny wet speckles where the sugar melted which is not really a good look.

This is a great lemon tart that is easy to make. I used a good quality evoo as I did not have a fruity one. We all loved the tangy filling. Will be making again.

I used lemon infused EVOO for mine. I agree with you all, it is lovely. Probably time to make it again. :D

I've just polished off the last piece of this tart

I'll definitely make this again, it looked amazing and tasted even better.  It was easy enough to make too.

This is a fantastic dessert.
Easy to make and really tasty and tangy.
I am just about to make it for my son's birthday cake as it is dairy free when I use Nuttalex instead of butter.
Thank you Tenina.
