Newbie from Ballina Australia
« on: February 25, 2012, 12:18:27 pm »
I have had my TM3 for a week and have used it every day - usually a few times a day. I make a banana smoothie in it most days, and also the CADA breakfast muesli is becoming a regular. I enjoyed the butter chicken, although found the Beef Rendang a bit sweet. I have made my own stock & butter. Tomorrow I am making rock cakes, Apricot Chicken and Creme Brûlée. I am looking forward to years of cooking adventures and will enjoy sifting through this forum in the days, weeks and months ahead. I haven't used the Varoma yet...

Hi Trish, welcome to the forum.  It is going to take you many weeks to sift through this forum but you will love all the information you will find.
I have the equipment ready now for making creme brulee so perhaps someone can point us all in the right direction for a recipe that is successful.
Enjoy your time on here Trish.

Welcome to the forum Trish. I use my varoma most days to steam veggies. It's amazing how much the TM cuts down on washing up. I barely use my pots anymore or the stove top.
Enjoy your new TM which I'm sure you will.
