Hally, my favourites are Fresh Fruit Daiquiri - you need to have your fruit of choice frozen in small pieces (watermelon, strawberries or mango) and white rum (Malibu) is the alcohol needed. You also need large straws as it is like a slushy.

Helene's Blushing Buck Gin Cocktail is nice - use ordinary oranges as it is not the time for blood oranges (their season is a very short one around August).

Frozen Illusion Cocktail makes 8 glasses or more if you dilute it a little. This one might be easier for a crowd as all the measurements are there for you.

cuts through the tartness of pineapple juice.....trust me...it's yummy  ;)
I keep the pineapple and coconut cans in the fridge before making, so they're nice and chilled.

I use fresh fruit in my daiquiri's. I prefer to use Baccadi white rum as the spirit. Mangoes are divine, strawberries are great, peaches and raspberries too. The fruit doesnt need to be frozn as there is so much ice in the mix. They are my favourite summer drink at the moment. I made peach Bellini last night with peaches from my parents tree and they were delicious too.

Well the pina colada went down well, but the champagne slushy was voted magnificient.

Only made 1 bash of each, next time would do another batch of champagne, on a hot day it would be just what u need. I would have made more but no more lemons >:(

We drank hampers  after the cocktails.

Must check that Champagne Slushy recipe out. Sounds lovely
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
