This recipe didn't quite work out for me. It was simple enough and quick, apart from the 1 hour cooking time. I took it out after an hour as it had risen nicely and browned well. I forgot to check if it was cooked through with a skewer so when I removed it from the tin after 10 mins and cut it like it says.....that's when I realised it was still quite wet and hadn't cooked through. I tried to cook it in the oven for more time when I discovered this (twice) but it still remained quite wet. I'm not sure if this is why it deflated on top as well.
It seems like it would taste nice if cooked properly from what I tasted of mine.
