A new thermomix owner.
« on: February 17, 2012, 09:56:03 am »
Hi all, I am new to the thermomix and looking forward to learning as much as I can about this amazing machine.

I am a trained chef but left the industry about 5 years ago to spend more time with my family.  I have started a blog that will show my journey with the thermomix so have a look and I look forward to learning as much as I can from the members of this forum.

Thanks everyone.  I won't always have amazing things like the ravioli on my blog.  I want to start trying the basics to fully understand the thermomix and one of the reasons to buy one was to be able to make everyday food for my family and get some time back from being in the kitchen.

Looking forward to trying out all sorts of things actually.
