Almond Butter & Choc Chip cookies

I made these in my TM the other morning, but forgot to put the link up here - how dim am I??!  :-))

I was very pleased with the outcome.

Karen - Amanda, these are just gorgeous!  Whipped up a batch this morning as had unexpected guests.  I used rapadura sugar, which is quite lumpy, so I blitzed the sugar in with the almonds. The flavour is really, really yummy and a bit different with the hint of the coconut. Gone straight to the "favourites" file - thank you!!

Thanks Amanda, looks great, I have loads of almonds as I make lots of carrot cakes, have already made 2 this morning and have a batch of chilli sauce cooking now. As soon as it is finished will give yours a go. :) :) :)

I've marked these to make Amanda, they sounded so nice on your blog.

Glad you enjoyed them, Karen.
I've had an idea or two for some tweaking with it - stay tuned.
