Love this recipe, the topping was so tasty.  I used some basil pesto I had in the freezer, didn't have quite enough sour cream so topped it up with a dash of yoghurt.  I did cheat and microwave the potatoes before crisping them up in the oven as it is so much quicker and left the TMX free for cooking the fish I served with it.

Crispy as Hally, they were in the oven for quite a while - I actually thought too long but they were just the way I like them.

Yes, it's good to have some of Tenina's taste sensations in the freezer - these recipes are then easy to whip up at a moment's notice.

yummy! 5/5  had some pesto sour cream sauce left over so will probs make into a salad dressing for tomorrow night (or the night after)
