Gelatine
« on: March 02, 2012, 07:26:04 am »
Today visited "the Essential Ingredient"  shop.  Asked about Gelatin and they had this info stuck on the the cash register.

2 X leaf of titanium gelatine + 3 teaspoons of powder

6 X leaf gold gelatin + 3 teaspoons of powder  Hope this helps.

Thanks Chookie. Is there an Essential Ingredient in Melbourne?

Yes Cookie.  It is a fab shop,  very expensive but able to get unusual things there.     I have taken a photo of my purchases.  This should last me about a year.
This might not be the right place to post them.

Wow, some shopping Chookie - did you take a shopping trolley to carry all that gear back to the car :o  I see the bottle of Grenadine there, was looking for a bottle of that for some alcoholic drink a while back but couldn't find any.

yes ,  Judy you are probably right.  What surprised me was that they were well prepared for questions about this.

Chookie looks like you had some fun shopping there. At least it will last you for awhile.
