New kitchen (and household) stuff on the horizon!
« on: March 17, 2012, 01:50:43 am »
None of these things are yet available to buy, but they are being evaluated and hopefully will be in production in the not-too-distant future.
I am particularly intrigued by the "RIBBON"  free-form cake "pan."

from Quriky.com

Things already on the market: I have the PowerCurl for my MacBook Pro power supply.

Lots of interesting things are going to hit the market.
If the ribbon pan works it could eliminate a lot of cake tins in my cupboard.

Just looked at the ribbon pan.

I wonder what stops the mixture leaking out?

If it's like my silicone springform pan, the two silicone surfaces sort of cling to each other, forming a pretty good seal for anything thicker than cream.
