Saying hello

Hi Everyone,
I'm a new Thermomix owner (have had it for a couple of weeks now).
I'm not much of a cook, heating vegies and grilling meat was about as much as I did. I'm really surprised by how much I am cooking and what I am cooking with the Thermomix (I was worried I would buy it but not actually use it). Things I previously would have flipped straight past as there was too much chopping etc to be done.
Found this forum and have tried a couple of recipes with great success. There are so many recipes I want to try. It looks like a great forum with friendly helpful people.
Spektor.

Hi Spektor, welcome to the forum. I love to see people who don't do much cooking blossom with the arrival of their Thermomixes. A completely different way of cooking, certainly not meat and 3 veg like a lot of us were bought up with. Look forward to hearing all about your successes (and failures if any) and perhaps we will see some of your reviews on the forum in the not too distant future. Have fun.

Hi Spector and welcome to the forum.
I wasn't a very adventurous cook before the TM either. Just meat and 3 veg was about it. Now I have a huge variety of recipes I cook and if you follow the recipe you almost can't go wrong.

Thanks for the welcome
Have already learnt that the EDCis a bit hit and miss.
We have really enjoyed so far the recipes I have taken from this site.
Off to go and do some reviewing!
