I have had a few pms about Hawaii.

Aloha all you tm going to Hawaii

Shopping
Aloa Moana, trolley bus from sheraton waikiki, fantastic huge shopping centre
Clothes, shoes, toys etc. lego shop about 1/2 price of Lego in Aus, plus Williams Soonoma & a shop that sells suitcases ( we needed that one)
Swapmeat, twice per week, clothes, souveniers. Bought ds 10 t-shirts $20, great beach towels $10 plus lots of bargains
Waikalee factory outlet, great bargains, near swapmeat
Great shopping outside hotel, just go down the strip, huge victorias secrets shop
ABC Stores sell food, drinks, lovely nappa valley chardonnays,

Eating out
California Pizza, great pizzas, great prices
Hard Rock Cafe
Italian opposite hotel, exp but really good
Town of course
The cheesecake factory, huge portions, can share easy
The Kahala in gated area, dolphins to see,  exp but fantastic, 6 star hotel
Roys if you love seafood
Next door house without a key & Le mer, exp but great

Attractions
Pearl Harbour, amazing but emotional
Hanoumea Bay
Diamond Head
Lots to see but you can look at all tours at hotel
Great luaus, Germaines
Great boat trips, morning afternoon & night

Free, buy a tube at ABC store & float at Waikiki,  we did this often
Outrigger, opposite The Westin, great ride out over the surf

Taxis good, limos if a few of you, geat value

The hotel is good, only decent coffee at Peets in lobby & opposite Rumfire, also starbucks at HiltonHawaiin Village, and the hotel next door, not the pink palace the other one

Firedancer everynight in the hotel, good to see.
Giant turtles come to play by the sea wall daily.
Mai Tai a must at RumFire

Loads to do

Any function the hotel puts on will be good.

Hope this helps

H :)

Dear Hally,

Thank you so much for the guidance re things to do in Hawaii.

For those of us not extending our stay, we only have one day free in Hawaii, so your advice is invaluable.

Also, the fact that you even can tell us about our hotel is most appreciated.

Thank you so much for your assistance and advice.

Sounds wonderful Hally, you never know one day DH and myself might be able to go there when the kids grow up. Sounds like lots of fun. No wonder your going back again.

Absolutely loving it! Cecilia and I met on the bus from the airport. We need to get that photo together though!!
Quirky Jo is here too. I have been able to FaceTime twice so far with my DH and the boys which has made things much easier for everyone.

Must go to bed night all  ;)

How exciting Meagan. Hi to Cecilia and Jo.
