Really Hot Chilli Sauce
« on: March 26, 2012, 01:41:11 am »
Hi all,

Im after a really hot chilli sauce recipe. I usually buy from the chilli factory (mango chilli sauce and habanero paste which are both extremely hot) I thought it would be great to save money and make other varieties if I tried it myself but Im having trouble finding a good recipe for some really hot chilli sauce which I can then add different flavours to.

Hoping someone has the perfect recipe! Thanks in advance

Hello NewToThis, welcome to the forum with your first posting.  Perhaps you'd like to pop over to the home page and tell us a bit more about yourself in Introduce Yourself.

Here's a recently posted recipe on our forum.

Here's one from a TMX owner's blog.

This is the one I like - I cut down on the chillies so that it is not hot though.

I just posted a topic on Sriracha hot chilli sauce which is very cheap to buy. I do love hot chilli sauces but I haven't found making my own so far to be cost effective. Now I know some links, I might have to try them when I run out of my current supply.
