Here goes....

Hi I'm Diane,
I just bought a TM in Feb.
We* follow the FAILSAFE diet, have various allergies and food intolerances including wheat, gluten, dairy.
We generally avoid all artificial (and some natural) additives.
Our TM has been working out everyday since the day it arrived!
I'm looking forward to finding and sharing new recipes.

*We = Me, DH, 7 kids at home.

Hi Diane -a very warm welcome to the forum!  I'm sure you'll find no end of help and inspiration here! . . and I daresay you'll have a lot to contribute to the forum as you deal with the challenges around  the restrictions your family is coping with! :)

Hi Diane, welcome to the forum.  We have other failsafers on this forum who post recipes from time to time.  Just type 'failsafe' into the search bar on the home page and you will come up with some threads you may like to read.  Happy TMX cooking for that large family of yours - this little machine is going to make your life so much easier as you will have already discovered.

Hi everyone. And yes, fundj, some of them do like cooking, which is a good thing cos I am not a fan most of the time. Although the Thermomix will help, I'm sure.
