Hello all,I made the intellistream maple glazed chicken last night and it was super yum.
I used 1/2 water 1/2 can coconut milk for rice.
This morning i used leftover chicken (approx 2 cups) leftover rice(approx 1/2 cup) 4 good tablespoons bought mayo (haven't ventured to make my own yet lol) and whizzed banged it up and now we have lots of chicken spread for the munchkins lunches....

Virginia we also had it last night (posted in the recipe area the exact recipe I used - maybe you could pop your ideas in that thread too, I'm sure for those that use coconut milk that would be a really lovely addition) and also enjoyed it.
Wish mine would eat sandwiches - that chicken spread sounds yummy and a bargain!

I had the Lamb with oregano last nice.  Not too bad but DH would have liked more "gravy".

Hi Zan,
Thanks for converting and posting all these recipes!  I am planning on trying the choc raspberry pudding one tonight - will let you know how it goes.

I cant find the thread you are talking about where you posted the recipe you used for the maple orange chicken ....... is it in the mains section?

This was the very first recipe I tried on my own in the Thermomix. A very strange choice I know but I had some lamb steaks that needed using up and was determined to use the Thermomix to cook them. Turned out great even though it might not look/sound appealing. Who would've thought....using the Varoma straight up....was quite nervous about that at the time.

Here is a photo of that first recipe I tried:

Good for you Tasty, it wasn't hard was it ;)   I think we are all a little scared of the varoma until we do our first recipe, I certainly was and it was months before I used it.

Thanks everyone for all your advice - the demo is a great idea.  Although I nearly made up my mind last night - DH and I were almost "fighting" over the thermomix, wanting to cook different things in it at the same time  ;D ;D  He wanted to steam creme caramels, while I wanted to do something different ...... a steam oven would have solved that one  :D

So would a second thermomix 😄😄
As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-)  DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!
