Serves: Makes 800g
Ingredients:
100g Gruyère cheese
400g milk
200g cream
50g flour
50g butter
Nutmeg, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Grate the cheese for a few seconds / Speed 5.
Add the rest of the ingredients 7 minutes / 90° / Speed 4.
Tips/Hints: Use it to gratinate fish, chicken, cooked vegetables.
